The Process

We meet and discuss what you want. Often clients bring photos and other inspiration.

We'll produce some rough sketches and we look at fabric samples and colours.

I measure you head to toe so we can accurately make a pattern and a sample garment in calico.

Quite often, I measure you at the initial consultation to save time.

Once you have approved the design, fabrics and price via email then I will make a toile

(calico sample garment). This will then be fitted and adjusted where needed.

The first time you see your new garment and get to try it on for real. I tweak it to perfection and will now finish it for you.

Your garment has been fitted and is now ready to be sewn and have the final details and finish added to it.

Your garment is finished. You can take it home or I will deliver it to you!
